I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. I THINK IT'S THE BEST THING TO HAVE A HOME INSPECTION DONE BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF A HOME. IT GAVE ME PEACE OF MIND. I THOUGHT HE WAS HONEST WITH EVERYTHING THAT HE DID. THERE WAS ONE PART OF THE ADDITION THAT COULDN'T BE INSPECTED AND HE WAS HONEST ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO INSPECT THAT PART OF THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN INSPECTION DONE FOR THE HEATING AND AIR, THE WATER AND THE STABILITY OF THE FOUNDATION. HE ALSO CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND A SECURITY SYSTEM THAT WAS ALREADY INSTALLED.
