DZ Moving

When I called and spoke with Stan about what I was needing, he was very professional and gave an accurate estimate. On the day of our move movers showed up and introduced themselves. They worked very hard and efficient. I was extremely pleased with my whole moving experience and would call DZ Moving again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Stan and his crew to everyone needing a moving company.

Beware. This is a dishonest company that scams customers. The owner, Stan Dzhirskaryani, doubles your rates on day of move, damages your stuff, and avoids your calls afterward when you want to make a claim. Do NOT hire them. Worst moving company ever! DZ Moving is the most ill-prepared, ill-equipped moving company in Louisville. The move Stan quoted me as taking 7-9 hours took TWO full days and cost me over $4,000 instead of the low, appealing price I was quoted. One of his movers was so terrible that he stood around texting his girlfriend when he was supposed to be working. Not once. Not twice. But at least 30 or 40 times. And he bragged how he was hungover from the July 4th party he attended the day before. Even worse is that his moving guys damaged much of my stuff and Stan refused to take my calls to resolve the issue afterward. File a claim? That’s a joke. If you fill out the form online, Stan will ignore it forevermore. Call ANYONE except DZ Moving. He only answers the phone if you call him on a different number, and then once he realizes it's you, he'll ignore that number from that point onward. It's a total scam operation. Apparently some people get through the move unscathed, but if there's a problem, or you get one of many crappy moving guys he has as employees, you're on your own.

DZ Moving did a great job. They hustled and we're very careful not to damage anything. They were professional and got the job done on time. Thanks DZ for a great experience.

To sum: DZ was remarkable. 5 stars all the way. The movers knew what they were doing and treated the furniture as if it were their own. The price promised was the exact price I paid. Stan, the manager was a gracious and kind person. I am only going to use DZ for my future moving needs. What a pleasure to discover this company.

The workers had communication problems with their office regarding time & nature of job which affected their morale and job performance.  Multiple pieces of furniture and other belongings damaged, without so much as a "sorry."  Both were dressed unprofessionally with their pants hanging below their hips showing their underwear.  Very uncomfortable experience.

Worked with 2 very nice young men who wrapped furniture, electronics, and framed art work. Worked efficiently and protected all items. Move went flawlessly.

They arrived on time. The two movers were polite and professional.  I will use them again.

I used this company for business needs. I called Stan at 10 am Tuesday morning. My load was delivered from Frankfurt to Louisville by 2 pm. All It took for me is to pick up the phone, rest was done DZ Moving. A++
