His name is Stephen Dunn. He started out great, but he didn't do everything he said he was going to do. In the contract he stated that he would replace all the out old outlets with new ones, but he didn't. He said he would come back and install the light fixtures, but he didn't. We ended up installing all the light fixtures. He just didn't want to come back and do the work and we did not pay him.
