They are great. The guy was wonderful. He gave me a price I was happy with when we first talked. After we scheduled an appointment, he said that he could do additional carpet cleaning for an extra amount. The prior service was just for a spray and a shampoo but the actual anti fungal cream - he offered me after the schedule. It was a surprise cost and fee. I did not like how they did not disclose this up front. I don't like hidden costs or fees especially after I have committed to the appointment. If it is expensive, let me know I will budget for it. I don't like hidden costs or fees. Overall, I would recommend them and I would use them again. He did do an extra vent for free. Everything smells brand new and it looked brand new. I could tell that he pulled up a lot of dirt from the carpets. He came on time. He was very professional and cordial.
