carpet cleaners, air duct cleaning
+ 0 moreThey are great. The guy was wonderful. He gave me a price I was happy with when we first talked. After we scheduled an appointment, he said that he could do additional carpet cleaning for an extra amount. The prior service was just for a spray and a shampoo but the actual anti fungal cream - he offered me after the schedule. It was a surprise cost and fee. I did not like how they did not disclose this up front. I don't like hidden costs or fees especially after I have committed to the appointment. If it is expensive, let me know I will budget for it. I don't like hidden costs or fees. Overall, I would recommend them and I would use them again. He did do an extra vent for free. Everything smells brand new and it looked brand new. I could tell that he pulled up a lot of dirt from the carpets. He came on time. He was very professional and cordial.
Description of Work: I used Duluxe Carpet & Duct Cleaning for carpet cleaning. They are with the better business bureau. They came on the 3rd September originally. That was for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. It was for two services. The experience was very nice and informative. He gave me the teaser rate first. He explained all the chemicals he would use and why we needed a certified person to do this work. He said if we smell anything after 30 days he would come back and do this again for free. He asked for someone to be there. He offered to do my side of the duplex for a cheaper cost and a discount.
