we made an appointment met with the sales rep. and ordered the door. They notified us when the installation would be . they were on time and very polite. they put the door in and it looks great.

I bought a front and back door from the Door Store and Windows. My front door is a big Wower! The front door I selected was the cherry fiberglass with 3/4 glass of the most beautiful glass they have in their showroom. I was unprepared for how absolutely beautiful in looks on the inside day or night. I just finished major remodel of many aspects of my home and I find my front door to be by far my favorite change. It is stunning. I thoroughly shopped many different places before I made my decision to go with the Door Store and Windows. I could tell that the Door Store and Windows was the place that had the most experience and I felt confident in my selection. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Very well. We are so pleased with our new doors. Eric Graf was incredibly helpful with recommending a style of entry and storm door for our home. It was finished before the expected date, too. The installer was professional, and the door fits and seals tightly. We love the custom color! ❤️

We selected our door and side lights from a variety of options and were quite satisfied that our selection was right for us and of high quality. The installation took place during the recent sub-freezing cold ... but went in without a hitch due to a top notch experienced team (two) of installers. This installation was more complicated than the average install due to the stone portal, but these guys got it done right ... and it looks just great. There is a noticeable improvement in the warm of our vestibule following the install. We did have a problem in miscommunication. After the order was written we needed to confirm the color of the door and trim which required my wife to call the salesperson. During that phone call, the door color and trim were confirmed. In addition, my wife requested a color change in the threshold. The Door & trim colors were recorded but the threshold information was not. Fortunately, the finished product looked great and was acceptable to us. While this in no way takes away from the first class job performed and the quality of the products received; it is wise to have all post order information entered into the original order to reduce the likelihood of this type error happening.

Service people are excellent to work with. They are punctual, professional & able to answer detailed questions about their products. The installers were professional as well. They arrived on time, completed the work promptly & cleaned up all the mess before leaving. The Integrity windows are very nice. There is about a 6 week lead time to receive them from the manufacturer, but worth the wait. This is the 3rd time I've purchased windows & doors from The Door Store & Windows. I highly recommend them.

Door Store is a pleasure to work with. They are not the cheapest provider, but worth paying a bit more for high quality products & trouble free, professional service & installation. They installed an exterior door on my sunporch 10 years ago & it's still in great condition. Definitely would use them again.

The door is gorgeous and the window is great. We are very happy! Our builders installed the door and window and we added a smart lock to the door as well. We had some issues getting the deadbolt to fit so a member of the Door and Window Store team came out to our house to see if there was an issue with the door. He ended up helping us get the lock installed at no extra charge. We love it!

No problems. They came when they said they would and replaced windows and doors in a timely and neat manner. Immediately came out to fix one problem, draft coming through door latch area. Cost was high in my opinion so only time will tell if I got what I paid for.

The new windows are wonderful, the installation was awesome, and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience. We live in a home in an average neighborhood. I wanted something better than builder grade windows from one of the big box stores. II knew they did a lot of custom work, and was afraid they would be out of our price range. But Karen knew exactly what we were looking for and directed us to Marvin, fiberglass windows. They also installed wood framing inside - that was previously absent in this early 70s era house. Again, the finished product looks amazing inside and out. Their install team was punctual, courteous, and best of all - did one of the best jobs I've seen in a long time performed by a contractor.

Everything went great from start to finish. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and pointed out options that we never would've thought of like how to maximize the size of the glass in the new windows by removing the pre-existing mullion. The installers were very professional. They were on time, protected the house with drop cloths and plastic coverings, and minimized the amount of time that each window was out of the house. The windows look better than the original and not just because we upgraded the window quality. The quality of the installation made a big difference as well. The new flashing/outside trim looks so much better too. Actually, they look perfectly done. It made me realize how badly the original windows were installed. Before the installers left, they did a thorough clean up; I actually saw one of the guys vacuum the sawdust out of the grass in my front yard. All in all we had a great experience with The Door Store.

The Door Store has now replaced all of our exterior doors. We can't say enough about the quality of their work and their products. We rated their price as "good" rather than "excellent" because their prices are probably higher than others but...you get what you pay for. With The Door Store, you are paying for quality and the skill of their installers, most of whom have been with the company for many years. The Door Store does not push a low quality product just to make a sale and if they are not satisfied with how a product is performing, then they drop it immediately. They have a lifetime guarantee to fix any problem and they are not reluctant to travel outside of Louisville. We are over 50 miles from their store and have never had a problem with them servicing our area. All of the staff are professional, courteous, punctual and helpful. Importantly, they take plenty of time to prepare the area before installing a door in order to minimize the dust and mess. You will not be disappointed in their product or installation.

The sales person, John Naiser, came to the house on mutiple occaisons to measure the window frames that needed inserts. He answered my many questions fully, and as I had a specific installation procedure in mind, he went above and beyond in making sure every detail would be correct. The window crew arrived punctually on the appointed day. There were several installers, all of whom were dressed professionally and were courteous and friendly. Each of them willingly stopped their work to answer my questions. The floors were protected, furniture was moved for me, and I was given regular updates of their progress. When the job was complete, the rooms were returned to their former state and inside and out were both fully cleaned of all debris. The job could not have gone more smoothly. I really appreciate the competent and professional manner of the entire crew. The installation even included a gift certificate for the new windows to be washed. I would certainly recommend The Door Store to others and use them again should the occasion arise.

The Door Store did an excellent job. They were great with the initial purchase and design. They came to the house, did a graphic design on their computer system and allowed us to visualize the door before purchase. They were patient, kept us up to date, and assisted in the process of selecting a door, and exterior decorative molding.
The door was delivered on time, as promised. Their crew was excellent.. great group that did A+ work. Very happy with this company and the door looks great.

The 5 man crew that installed my windows on January 23rd, 2015 did a phenomenal job installing the windows in my house. They were complete professionals in the way they went about installing the window, and they were also very personable individuals that made me realize fully that I made the correct decision in choosing The Door Store & Windows to buy and install my windows. I realize that there is a premium added in purchasing Marvin Windows and in purchasing those windows from The Door Store & Windows. But is it really more, if you get what you are paying for? The windows surpassed my expectations. They look good, and I could immediately see the superior quality when I looked out and realized I was seeing the traffic go by; but couldn?t hear it like I did coming through my other windows.
I would recommend these windows to my neighbors, and the installation by the crew that did mine.
