I receive satellite television which is serviced locally by Directech. I've only had satellite TV since Dec. 07 and fortunately I added the extended warranty service for an additional $4.95 a month. Within the first year the techs have already had to visit my home twice to realign the satellite dish. Without the extended warranty I would have had to pay a minimum $60.00 service call. The techs at Directech are always on time, professional, courteous, and expedient. They have always done an excellent job whenever called to my home.

I received a free installation of a satellite dish and two receivers in return for a 2 year contract commitment. It's been 15 days since my installation and so far I'm pretty happy. I had to schedule the installation about 1 1/2 week out since the company had a huge response to the promotion. The tech was friendly but professional, and it took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours for him to complete the job. He was very neat and the only evidence of his work was a little bit of drywall from where he had to drill a hole to run a cable. Unlike my former satellite service with Dish, I did not need 2 satellites in order to receive PBS programming, and this was a plus.
