 + -1 moreThere were some delays due to scheduling conflicts, but other than that it went very well and I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking roof, replaced shingles on garage. The work was done very well and there was no trace of garbage left behind. Very pleased.

 + 0 moreThe only impediment was the weather, as they did not work when it rained. They brought their own Port-A-Potty. There were two to three workers on site at all times. It was impressive to watch them constructing the box gutters and then climbing the scaffolding to install them. The finished product was beautiful.
Description of Work: They rebuilt the box gutters for our 112 year old house and lined them with copper. They worked on site; cleaned up after themselves each day; and were very professional. They also installed new downspouts, and did some spot repairs on the roof.

 + 11 moreMatt Dillon gave an estimate including materials, hauling away all debris and site clean-up. I have had Matt work for me numerous times in the last seven years. He is honest and conscientious and loves to make the customer happy. He is always pleasant, cooperative and willing to listen to the customer's preferences, yet experienced enough to offer suggestions. I had Matt paint stripes in my dining room which he had not done before. He was willng to learn how to do this and did it very well. I am thrilled with the results. He is attentive to details, going over all the windows thoroughly to caulk and check fit and tightness. His employees are courteous and do not waste time.
Description of Work: installed 14 replacement windows; interior painting (living room, dining room, hall, entry, kitchen); painted kitchen cabinets; painted all woodwork including 6 interior doors;
