Excellent. When I called the technician (James) said it seemed to be a simple problem but would require a minimum $75.00 home call for service up to one hour or less. He arrived promptly as scheduled, was courteous and knowledgeable. It took him fifteen minutes to correct the problem identified. He asked what else he could do since he was here and had more time available. I told him I wanted to consolidate the remotes onto a master remote. I had a Harmony remote system and he worked for another half hour to get the whole system working off one remote. I haven't had a problem with the system since.

I find that the tech's never have a long term solution to a problem....they act as if I'm crazy when I describe the problem and many times can not replicate the problem that I have EVERY TIME I touch the system! Also, every time the do fix something then something else in the system gets broken. To add insult to injury I can NEVER get ahold of them on the phone....not even to pay a bill. I have been attempting to pay the latest bill for 210.00 for the last 5 months, left numerous messages and can not get a call back from the company. As of today they have a call center answering there calls, and after leaving several messages I haven't received a call back. The call company says they are just 'the receptionists' but guess what, I've been dealing with this company long enough to know that there is no Carlos that works there! I even called the owners cell phone and it has been disconnected.....sounds fishy to me.

"This store has recently changed ownership, which is why the member couldn't get ahold of the previous owner on his cell phone. The member's system has continued to be a problem but these problems go back to the original company that installed the system back in the mid-90's which is no longer in business. Also since we have changed owners we no longer have a retail showroom or a full time receptionist. We have chosen to go this route in order to be able to keep our costs down to our customers. We are using an answering service and did not have the best results with the fist company so we did switch to another company. Also, it is worthy of noting that we did call the member back and she didn't return our calls. We strive to provide first class customer service and we are very disappointed that the member has left this feedback on Angie's List. If we were given the opportunity to resolve this problem we gladly would have."
