They gave me an estimate over the phone based on IF ALL WENT WELL in terms of the old heater being in code and with enough expansion room for the new one. 9i had done my homework ahead of time so knew that the price, which included installation and removal of the old heater, was a fair one. They gave me an appointment on Kentucky Oaks Day (a huge day in Louisville, KY) for in the morning (a 2 hour frame). Oaks day, they called ahead (30 min lead time) and arrived very close to the beginning of thier time frame. They were here about 1 1/2 hours. The servicemen were extremely polite and pleasant, they were efficient and clean about cleanup. They were careful with the doors and kids and dogs and cats, and all went smoothly and worked just fine.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dial One LV LEWIS PLUMBERS. We are very very satisfied.

The comany came out on a Saturday to repair my faucet diverter in my bathtub, they did not have the part because the faucet was really old. They said they would call on Tuesday as that was when they could have the part, they never called. I ended up calling them a few days later and they came out on the next Saturday. Although they replaced the part and charged me $125.00 (with the $25 angies list coupon), they did not fix the diverter problem. I was very disappointed with their service and will not be using them again. I was very confused that they proceeded to charge me for thier repairs although they did not fix the problem that I called them to fix.

Even though this has been a while back, we would still like for them to remimburse us for part of this excessive charge. We feel like this was just too much.

Jeremy and Zach were the service techs who arrived on time. They looked at the problem and knew exactly what it was...a split pipe. They replaced the split pipe/spigot and even checked my other outside valve to be sure that wasn't busted as well. They charge by the job, not the hour and were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate calling them in the future for any plumbing job. P.S. Word to the wise - do not leave your hose attached to the spigot over the winter!

There is really nothing they can improve on. They were great. They were friendly and fast. They called and asked if they could come early, which was a surprise and made me happy. They worked quickly. They were courteous and did not make a mess coming in and out with the snow on the ground. They were great.

I cannot think of any don'ts I will use his company when something else goes wrong that as a homeowner cannot figure out. Another advantage is they honer the coupon that was in the Jan. "Angie's List" issue, That save $25 dollars off the the regular price why the price paid was a ( much below what I expected ) reasonable price I pay

Prompt, courteous, professional response. Knowledgeable, efficient, effective work; good at trouble-shooting unexpected problems. Kept expense down by rebuilding where possible, instead of unnecessarily installng new equipment. Price reasonable considering time and work. Very highly recommend this plumber.

Job performed as expected. Sump pump works now. I like Dial One Lewis plumbing. They are always very helpful and full of information. I think their prices are reasonable and they actually seem interested in saving me money! Larry Lewis is a great guy with a good staff of people.

Lewis was the only plumber who would come that morning. Came a little later than he said but still within two hours of my calll. Cut through the ceiling to find source of leak. Unable to find it-cut hole in wall behind the sink and used a camera to find the link. Was able to fix quickly. Fixed leak in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up all plaster and left area spotless

They were unable to clean out the line. It will have to be replaced. I have the Water Co. insurance for a line break and will have to wait until the line actually breaks. These people have virtually re-plumbed this house (it is very old) and have done a super job. They always show up immediately and get the job done. They also did work for me at another house I owned.

THEY LIVE RIGHT UP THE STREET FROM ME. I HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR YEARS. THEY JUMPED RIGHT ON THE TASKS. THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. I LIKE THEM A LOT. ALL THE GUYS ARE REAL FRIENDLY AND REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE.
