I was quoted a price for a through cleaning of heavily soiled carpet with urine stains. They arrived on time to clean the empty residence. They spent 45 minutes cleaning and charged additional money above the quote for a total of $318.00. Their air sayscarpet would dry in a couple of hours. 24 hours later the carpet was so wet it squelched when walked on and several stains remained. When I called to ask them to come back per their 100 satisfaction grantee, I was told that my husband was told to replace the carpet. And they would not come back. We rented a small carpet cleaner and removed a huge amount of soil the "professionals couldn't get out.. I wish I could post photos of what they cleaned and what we cleaned over the same area.?

Work was done in a timely manner and done well. The reason they received a B rating was estimate versus final cost. I was given an estimate for the hard wood cleaning. However, when it was time to pay, they had added $300 in labor charges to the original cost. There was no mention of labor charges when discussing the work to be done. What is cleaning a floor other than labor? They finally took off the additional $300 charge.

All went well.I was very pleased. The owner of the company was here the day that my carpet was cleaned and he was very to the point on what I could expect when the work was completed in regards to the fact that my carpet was older and it had some worn spots,but all in all I was suprised at how well it cleaned. Very satisified..would use again and recommend this company.

They arrived on time with a great attitude. I have over 20 yr old carpet and a 12 yr. old dog who has unfortunately "gone" on my carpet over the years. I see no sense in buying new carpet while we still have our dog. They used something other than the standard deoderizer to pull out the odor rather than leaving it damp & dank while bringing all those odors to life! Yuck! Dave (I think was his name) has 3 dogs of his own and recommended this treatment. My carpet has never looked better and we were not left with days of damp dog stink as we were with other companies in Years past. They did a really good job! Plus they took care to place plastic protectors under the furniture legs.

I couldn't have asked for more considerate care from a company or technician. Daniel explained the process necessary to salvage and restore our property. He made recommendations after his explanation, giving me options where I had them, and worked out an affordable arrangement for us. Ultimately, having been soaked twice some materials had to be discarded but he restored what was salvageable and agreed to give our water-proofer time to get in and check-out what they would have to do before proceeding with putting things back the way they had been. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and considerate. Deluxe Carpet Cleaning "saved the day" as far as I am concerned. They turned a nightmarish situation into a solvable problem of far less magnitude than I ever dreamed. What I saw under Daniel's uniform that second evening was indeed, armor. I hadn't recognized his knightly status because he had arrived in a van instead of on horseback. You can bet I'll use the services of Deluxe Carpet Cleaning again. I hope I never have to use their company for emergency water extraction again, but if I do, I won't waste my time calling anyone else.

The service went perfectly. Fast. They thought they were going to have trouble getting in the house but they worked around a truck that was in the street and made the work happen. They were courteous but the only reason this is getting a low grade is for the price screw up.

"I wish you would consider your review . I am glad to hear you was perfectly happy with the service and you did receive a special price that was made available only to Angie list members. We understand we do have cheaper prices online , but those prices do NOT include some of the specialty products you received and are just basic cleaning only. Basic cleaning is traffic areas only and light cleaners, they do not include the deodorizers or scotch guard like you received nor do they include emulsifiers or degreasers for heavy traffic. Overall the cleaning you received should have been approximately $150 to $200 which i believe you only paid $99 and of course after Angie's list takes there 35% fee out we only are suppose to received $65 which we are still waiting for . As a company we get approached with a strong sales pitch to offer members discounts that sometimes we lose money on just to keep our name at the front of your thoughts when you might need something in the future , i can assure you we appreciate you as a customer and definatly do not want you to have bad feelings towards us . If you was happy with our work could or would you please reflect that in your grade as you are hurting the technicians that came to your home in there grade. I asked how long it would take so I could come back before he left. He said 4 hours. I came back in 2 1/2 hours and he was already gone. None of the areas of concern looked any better. When he arrived he told me he had to go to the store to buy carpet cleaner. He was very nice but I was not happy with the carpets.

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning was excellent. The technician looked over the two room's carpets needing cleaning and talked about how the process would work. Suggestions were made on what type of cleaning would be the best for the heavily soiled carpet. Both carpets were cleaned so well. I also received a suggestion for the large wool carpet that needs cleaning. I will contact Deluxe Carpet Cleaning to clean that carpet in the future.

The provider did a great job. What makes me angry about this transaction is that Angie's list cost for cleaning 3 rooms, which was supposed to be a "bargain" cost $111. When Deluxe provided the services, the real cost was only $69. Why did I overpay by $42?? The provider would have charged that much less if I had purchased directly instead of through Angie's list. Definitely will not making any more purchases through this website without checking cost directly with vendor first! What a ripoff.
