I have been going to her for around eight years. She is very punctual, unlike other doctor's offices you do not have to wait in the waiting room and again in the doctors office. She gets you in and out. She takes time with you, answers questions thoroughly and has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Hammond was always patient and punctual.  She (or her practice partner) were always available for after hours calls when we were overreacting as new parents.  I always found her demeanor to be professional and kind.  I found it amusing how she would call me "young man," even though I was about 30 when I started seeing her.  Overall, we would recommend her as a primary care physician for anyone.

My doctor there was really nice and friendly. They're all very nice there. It's a nice place. They have a nice waiting room. The whole setup was really nice there. I've never waited long. The doctor I see there is only available four days a week. They don't have "after business hours" for my work. I have to take the whole day off to go to the doctor. I wish they had more hours. I can go and see him on the same day if I need to. Sometimes it's very crowded and I need to wait until the next day. They call me back whenever they get the results and they let me know.

The office is very nice...among the nicest doctor's offices I've been in. I've never considered going to another primary doctor in Louisville.

Dr. Hammond is great! I have never "enjoyed" going to the doctor, but with her I really did enjoy my conversation at my first appointment. She is very friendly and will sit with you and listen to all of your concerns. I have been there a couple of times due to some recently medical issues and I never feel rushed. Dr. Hammond goes through all possible causes and is very comforting.
Upon my first visit I admitted to her I had not had a primary care since my pediatrician and had not really been making regular check ups a priority since going to college. She was very understanding and even joked with me about this making me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to ANYONE!

I love that it is small so that all the staff know all of the patients. Our whole family can go there, I go there and my daughters go there. We can have appointments together and they just know our family very well. She is just a really good doctor and has good nurses looking for and a beautiful building, just sitting in the waiting room is pleasant, which is unusual. We would continue to use her.

It was a great environment, good facilities, attentive doctors. It was a great experience.

It took a while to sort out the insurance issue, but we go there in the end.
The nurse did the basic readings - temperature etc., and then the doctor gave each of them their full exam. She's done it before and I find her very thorough and very good and handling children.

Has been our family doctor for the last 2+ years. We are always able to get same-day appointments when we need them. We also use Deer Park Family Doctors for our newborn baby. It's great to be able to use one office for the whole family! Also, they are great about respecting your time. The wait time is usually less than 5-10 minutes!

I have used this company for 5 years. They are very good about getting patients in when you are sick. You will not have to wait and they are very friendly.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a family doc for myself. Made an appt to see Dr Hammond for a few minor things and to check her and the practice out. The staff at the office was very friendly. Dr Hammond was great. She is very easy to talk with and i didn't feel at all rushed. I just checked "Find a great doc" of my to do list!

She is our PCP for our whole family including our baby. She is thoughtful, kind, and always proactive in tackling problems. She is the best doctor we have ever had. She is able to handle a wide range of issues, but is able to know when a specialist referral is needed. The office staff is great too
