It didn't go as well as I had hoped. I hired him and paid a higher charge b/c he was to do detailed work. We discussed this before he took on the job. He started in September, and we had a mutual agreement for him to be done by May. He did not tell us that he would not be supervising on a daily basis what was being done, and he had his 2 sons do the building. While the work was adequte, it was not the quality of work one would expect for the price. The city inspector came and required him to come back and make changes that should have been done to begin with. There were still issues when he left, but has never called me back about those changes and repairs.
