Hardwood Flooring Service
He practically ruined our beautiful wood floors. I contacted over the phone to enter our empty, newly-purchased house and refinish wood floors. Danny was courteous and agreed to a price to refinish floors using a "screening" method whereby only the tip layer of finish would be sanded or "screened" off and then several layers of polyurethane would be applied. When my wife arrived to inspect the work just prior to our move in of the home, she discovered whole layers of the polyurethane peeling up. She called Danny, who came over and upon inspecting the work, told her he couldn't do anything about it. We ended up spending more than twice as much more to have the floors completely sanded and refinished. Danny refused to submit a claim to his bonding/insurance company and will not return calls.
