We received an offer on our previous home on the day before Thanksgiving, 2012 and Rob got everything closed and our new home purchased by the 5th of January, 2013.  Our previous home was listed for only 4 months before being sold!  A wonderful turn-around in a hard market.  Rob was always very good about answering any questions I had and was always easy to reach.

Custom Select went above and beyond to help us find our dream home and to sell our house. Our house sold 4 weeks after being placed on the market with Custom Select. Rob Sightler was our realtor and was so accessible and worked extremely hard to find the perfect house in our price range. My husband and I loved that we could choose the services that best fit our needs from Custom Select and were only charged for those specific services, it was very cost effective for us. I would highly recommend using Custom Select, I have referred many friends and relatives to use Custom Select to sell their home.
