Stereo and Home Theater System Service
There is no way to approach the company to report that they have a faulty product. Contacts to tech support result in tech support defending the integrity of the product, and refusing a refund. They offer no appeal of this decision. The remote never worked well, and now is completely inoperative. Big waste of 70.00, is there any recourse to get my $ back?
