+ -1 moreThere is no way to approach the company to report that they have a faulty product. Contacts to tech support result in tech support defending the integrity of the product, and refusing a refund. They offer no appeal of this decision. The remote never worked well, and now is completely inoperative. Big waste of 70.00, is there any recourse to get my $ back?
Description of Work: This is a report on a poorly made product, and the company's refusal to allow me to return the product for a refund, within 6 months of purchase. Product is the Kameleon URC 9960., costs $ 70.00 and reports to seamlessly run all your A/V components. It has never worked well, gobbles up batteries, and now has completely broken.
