We looked at a house that Crystal had listed, that sale didn't work out, but I liked her a lot she was no pressure as far as the sale went and was very helpful to us. She sent me every listing that matched our criteria for a house. And she took me to every house I wanted to see. She was great as far as working with my schedule. The result was eventually I found the perfect house, and it was because of her quick action to get me in to see it the DAY it listed. She helped us through that whole process as well, explaining everything we needed to know, and helping to find out answers to the questions we had. There were other offers but ours was accepted. We are just now waiting to close and she has been helpful with that, she has contacts that have helped with everything. She is a great real estate agent, especially if you are looking for a home in the Highlands in Louisville.
