He had to take the computer back to his office and take everything off the computer and re program it for me. HE did a great job. There were some problems because I had to call him one time because I couldn t get a program open after he fixed it and he helped me right away with that. Then I had to call him back again for the same things and he seemed to be a little annoyed. Don't get me wrong though, he does a great job I just didn't know how to run it.
