She really was jumping out of her skin with the poison ivy so I had to have her get all kinds of antibiotics and everything. All A's they were very attentive, the price was reasonable, I expected to pay more because of the treatment that she had. I think I got a good deal. Definitely, I would highly recommend them. She was treated very delicate by the vet. It was a delicate situation. She was jumping out of her skin, the vet was very attentive.

I took my great dane Samson to Dr Lazas when I found her name through a Google search for a holistic veterinarian.
Samson has struggled with IBS for a number of years. My previous vet recommended and put him on several different medications, I tried different foods but his bowel problems grew gradually worse. When my current Vet office suggested long term steroids to combat the IBS, I decided it was long overdue for another opinion.
Dr Lazas examined him and thought he had a food allergy which was never suggested in his past vet visits. She put him on a 12 week food trial with only Natural Balance Bison kibble and took all other foods out of his diet except for cooked ground bison or venison to supplement the flavor. She consulted with a well known holistic vet for guidance and added a few supplements to his meals. In the beginning of his food trial I found it really hard to believe she could be right about the food allergy. How could my other vet have missed that all the years I took him there..?? But...she was right and HE IS NOW DOING GREAT!! His appetite is good, his fur is shiny, his energy level is improved and his stool is normal when it hadn't been in a long time. My other dog, a black on tan coonhound, did not show signs of a classic food allergy but he has eaten the same diet as Samson during this food trial and he is also doing better!! His fur is also more shiny, he has fewer ear infections and sheds less. We all need to research what unhealthy ingredients are in the food we feed our dogs!!! I have switched both dogs over to her care. And
i wish I had done it sooner....
I've been trying to eliminate bad food from my diet and eat more organic, healthier foods. I really appreciate that Dr Lazas thinks the same honest, healthy approach to eating is right for my dogs and all the animals she treats.

Dr. Lazas was professional, innovative and caring. Her staff was well prepared and welcoming. They made me feel as if my dog was the only dog in the clinic even-though the clinic was full with other customers and their pets. Their prices are competitive and their service was exceptional.
