I would talk to Mr Joyce and there would be a timetable as to when work was to be done but often there would be several days pass with nothing happening...always an excuse as to why work was not completed on time or was not completed correctly and then followed by a PROMISE to correct the mistake and to stay right on his work so that it would be completed timely and correctly. That did not happen. ***work still not completed
