The experience with Dianna VanMeter and Closet Factory exceeded my expectations. I vetted all the closet providers in the local area and ultimately chose closet factory. Dianna was so great throughout this process. She was patient with my husband and I throughout, supportive with great ideas when we needed them, professional, and made the project fun! The deciding factors for our choice included: 1. We felt the most comfortable with Dianna, not only as a person, but from a design consultant perspective. She listened to what we wanted closely and didn't try to persuade us away from things that we didn't need. We found her ideas, when we were stuck, to be very valuable. It was obvious her suggestions were thoughtful in ways that made sense to keep the flow of our home consistent throughout. 2. The closet factory manufacturing process was local and on site here in louisville. We valued the small touches that this setup allowed for. For example, we preferred not to have several shelf holes displayed in our closet system. 3. The entire staff at closet factory were professional and responsive. We felt very comfortable at every stage of the process that we were dealing with a group of people that took pride in the service and work they provided. The closet/dressing room turned out better than I had imagined, and the project finished smoothly and on time.

My fiancé and I met with Dianna at Closet Factory, who made our dreams come true! After moving into a two bedroom, two bath condo, we knew that our space was limited. We needed to creating a home office, while maintaining a comfortable bed for guests. Dianna was truly the brains behind the creation. She even set up communication between us and another person in our building that just built a Murphy Bed from Closet Factory as well. It was great to see the product before purchasing, especially in a unit identical to ours.
After our free consultation, she helped us pick colors, materials, and helped us configure a desk for our home office that matches perfectly. Both of us are in the real estate business, so resale is always in the back of our minds. Dianna took the time to talk with us about what options would be best for that, when the time comes.
It took two days for Closet Factory to instal our wall bed and desk, and they left the place spotless! We couldn't be happier with using Closet Factory! We are now saving up to do our master closet!

We worked with Dianna and she was great! She came in and understood what we were looking for and offered a great design. She tweaked things as we requested. She was willing to meet with us at the showroom on a weekend and was able to our closet in quickly to meet our timeline. It has been 6 months and we still love the work that was done. We would highly recommend the Closet Factory to others.

I absolutely love love love my closets....Dianna Vanmeter was the designer and I don't know how she figures out what you need, but that is what she does...The hardest thing about it is going through "your stuff" and purging and pitching...She even gave me great tips in that area and got me started with racks...The company came in and were very quick and neat once I got the closets ready for them...At first I didn't even want to use them they were so beautiful....I was only going to do 2, but I am so thrilled I did all 3....The ONLY downside is that if I move I will have to have CLOSET FACTORY do every house I live it.......The difference is amazing ....Not when I look at houses (I am a REALTOR) I think WOW you really could use closet factory......I will recommend them anytime....

I had a horrible experience with Closet Factory. I met with their designer to discuss what I wanted but instead she decided to take creative license and do what she wanted. The closet was not what I wanted and took far too long to install and finish. This is NOT a well-run, professional company and I would not use them again under any circumstances. After spending a lot of money on this project, I am very disappointed with how it turned out.

They did great. Their service was excellent. I thought on some of the bids they were a little high. The girl Diane is a true professional. She knew her stuff and did a beautiful job. The garage quote was way off the chart, but she did a great job in my home.

From my initial design in home consut to final install, things went quickly, effeciently and hassle free. No stress with this project. From start to finish it was just great working with these folks. Dianna was the designer. I had talked to other companies and was not happy with what they came up with. She listened to what I really needed and came up with a design and advice (this was invaluable, since I've never done a closet). I then took her design and advice and fine tuned it. I got exactly the design that I needed thanks to her. She patiently worked with me on options, as I was trying to keep the price within a range. She always had good ideas and knew what the housing market dictates were as per closets in our neighborhood. She showed me the workshop where all the cutting/prep happens - it was thoroughly clean and organized. Obviously these people care about what they do from the first to the last. The installation took 2 days and Tim was great. At one point, we both looked a small piece of the crown molding which didn't look exactly right. Tim asked my opinion, but then said it really needed to be fixed because it would drive him crazy. I appreciated that he was as meticulous as I am when I do projects. The installation was painless (for me anyway). It was very professionally done and he cleaned up every day. The closet came out fantastic. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone.
