My husband said he did a really good job. Knew what to do and really cleaned up after himself before leaving. He was in the price range of what tuck point repairers charge. Got it done before the new roof was scheduled to be put on. Rained several days but did the work still before we had to have it completed.

We received excellent customer service!! We were kept up to date all along the project and the work turned out beautifully. We had stone put on our chimney and some on the front porch. Jason made sure the work area was protected and then cleaned up as before the work was started. We will use them again and recommend the company at every opportunity. He did a fantastic job!

Chimney face above roof line needed replacement due to brick face falling off. A small area around front porch and two brick planters on patio as well with the same issues. Called for a quote to have the chimney brick completely replaced above the roof line and the other areas torn out and replace with new brick. I was initially quoted more than $14,000. I thought this was excessive. He then lowered the quote to $10,000 for all work. Still a lot of money but we accepted the quote. (Home advisor only sent us one name), though there must surely be more in Louisville, Ky. The chimney didn't turn out too bad although when someone says replace I thought it meant all of the brick above the roof line. He apparently meant just the bricks where the face of the brick was damaged. Now, we have two different looking brick on the chimney. I hate heights so I haven’t gone up to look at the chimney from behind. The brick planters on the patio quite frankly, look pretty bad. The bricks are not level or particularly evenly spaced. The mortar is cracked up in many areas as though it already had years of weathering. I'm not talking like you would have to get down to measuring it; it’s obvious at a glance to anyone that there are issues everywhere. Additionally, a dumpster was placed in front of my garage doors. This was a huge dumpster and he was done using it in less than a week. But though I asked on a daily basis in the nicest way I knew how to have the dumpster picked up because I needed access to my garage, it remained there for nearly a month. It was still there on the day he said he was finished with the job. The next week, the dumpster was still there. I literally had to leave a message threatening legal action to get it removed. Jason is a nice fellow so it pains me to have to be so honest in this assessment. However, we cannot in good conscience recommend him to others. Same goes for Home Advisor. I will have to spend more money now to cover over some of this work.

This was the first time we had our chimneys cleaned and just used our fire place during the holiday. We are very happy with the results.

I needed to have a fire box built inside a fireplace to prepare it for a wood burning fireplace insert. Jason did a fantastic job. Made the fireplace safe, was very quick, did good work, and my house was cleaner when he left than when he got there. Highly recommend.
