Exterior Painting
Contractor provide reasonable quality results on much of the project. Contractor did not work often enough to get project completed on time. Most times worked 4 hours or less. Contractor failed to complete the job by not returning to finish painting missed areas on the pergolla. It's a shame that contractor simply failed to complete job. If contractor had finished, I would be able to give B on quality. However, I would have to give C/D on schedule.
