We are having some disputes over cabinet doors that Chris's Custom Cabinets is installing, and some cabinet units they built in which the shelf holes didn't align (causing the shelves to hang unevenly and be useless until repaired), and side of a cabinet that wasn't even finished properly, and the length of time that the project is taking. We have been frustrated and feel that customer service isn't a priority with the company, so today, I placed a call to the owner. Mr. Sonne became very irate, and impatient, to say nothing of unprofessional, in using the language I described above. I was presenting our grievances calmly until Mr. Sonne said the "F" word, whereupon I was shocked and appalled at his unprofessionalism and lack of respect for the customer. While I will admit that our cabinets are beautiful, the installers are terrific, the cabinets aren't worth being subjected to verbal abuse and arrogance. Because of this, would NEVER recommend Chris's Custom Cabinets to anyone.
