+ -1 moreWe did not renew our existing contract, but decided to go with Charter as they are a small operation that is dedicated to service. The owners are always on site (and working). Our common areas have never looked better.
Description of Work: Charter mows the grass, trims, does weed spraying and cleans out overgrowth as well as hedge trimming. They are always here on time and the work is performed well. Charter has delivered Mulch at a reasonable cost and will also lay it out if requested. We wanted to do it ourselves, so they loaned us equipment to make our task easier. We are a medium sized condo association that covers about 2 blocks of area and they have performed above and beyond anything expected.
