It was under warranty because they installed them the year before and there were problems with it and they decided to just refinish everything. They were very good about fixing the problem. I think they spent a good bit of money to make us happy. They were fine. They came when they said they would. There were no issues with professionalism. They basically explained everything that needed to be done and they did a good job explaining and so we know what to expect.

Great customer service but the quality wasn't what we'd hoped for the $$$.

Everything went great.

They cleaned both the family room carpet and the couch.  The  couch looked like new after the cleaning.

We were very pleased with the price, the product and everything. I would definitely recommend them. They were very prompt. They did a very good job. They had a lot of samples for their carpeting and the grade of the carpeting was very good. I was just very pleased all the way around.

They did an excellent job when we had some remodeling done; I highly recommend them. I liked everything; they were neat and clean. After the carpet was installed they vacuumed it to make sure all the little carpet pieces were picked up. In the past I also have used them for carpet cleaning and they were thorough and professional.

They cleaned my entire first floor where there was carpet.  I have hardwood in kitchen and foyer.
They did a pretty good job - about the same as other companies I've use, such as Coit.

They have a huge selection of flooring.

They were not cheap, but they did an excellent job. They had a problem with their supplier that they dealt with. We didn't have to get involved. Of course, there was a delay in the job because of that, but they did an excellent job and kept us informed all the way on what was being done to resolve the issue and so on.

They were very easy to get in touch with, and they took care of the rest. This company did an excellent job, and I would definitely refer them to anyone needing similar work.

Salespeople helpful in picking out product that suited our needs. Installation went very well. There was a flooring issue that popped up that was quickly and professionally fixed.

I WAS FAMILIAR WITH THEM FOR A WHILE BECAUSE I KNEW OF SOME OF THE WORKERS THERE AND THAT THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST. THEY DO A LOT OF NEW HOMES AND COMMERCIAL WORK. THEY HAVE AN AMAZING SHOW ROOM AND THE SELECTION IS UNBELIEVABLE.
