CARMAX AUTO SALES

It was a good price.  I would give them an A on everything except I mean if you're grading their service that's not applicable as far as you know oil changes and stuff like that, I'm not going back to them for that, but the car buying experience was excellent with them. If I were to buy another used car, then definitely I would go see them and see what they have.

Fantastic service from beginning to end with Arron; Arron was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all no pressure to purchase. The quality of the car we purchased was in excellent condition and the few areas ( few scratches and the inside interior needed more detailing) that needed servicing Arron addressed promptly and had the service department take care of everything. I would recommend to anyone to purchase from Carmax and ask for Arron.

We enjoyed our experience with Carmax. They did not pressure us at all, they were great. Our salesman was Cliff Roth and he was fantastic. He tired to show us the whole spectrum from one end to the other of pricing. He was very helpful.

Carmax advertises that they buy cars, so after visiting three dealerships and getting three very different offers for my 1999 Infiniti (as a trade-in), I decided to try Carmax to see how their estimate compared. They made a fair offer, much better than the dealership where I am buying my new car. I sold the car immediately, received my check within twenty minutes, and feel very good about the transaction. A person with more patience would do better to sell their car privately, but my car was approaching some potentially expensive mechanical work so the timing was right for this particular transaction. What I appreciated was the direct approach Carmax used--there were no sales pitches of any sort. The young man who waited on me was polite, personable, and professional. The whole transaction from beginning to end was thirty minutes tops. Very efficient.
