0 stars. Review the BBB complaint ID 12118307 for details and responses. Designs In Stone / Cardinal Kitchens (same company/owner) damaged my hardwood flooring, dented my new stainless refrigerator, and never finished caulking. They refused to pay for the full repair after they had me get a total of 6 contractors to look at it each with the same recommendation and all within the same ballpark total for repair. It took 6 months to finally get a (unsatisfactory) resolution. I ended up settling for half the repair costs just to be done with them and will just pay the remainder out of pocket.

1. Installer cut a big chunk out of the side of my brand new cabinet without asking. I guess they did it because the sink bowl was too close. The cut out was 3 times as big as it needed to be. They should explain what they are doing to the owner before pulling out a sawzall and doing whatever they want.
2. In the process of cutting the cabinet it looks like they leaned on the open door and broke the front face of the cabinet frame. The pressure on the door broke screw in the hinge out of the front of the door frame. Now, my brand new $7000 cabinets with self closing doors will not close. The door is barely hanging and will probably fall off soon. I would not use this company.

They are wonderful! You meet with them and pick out your granite. They come in and measure and they are extremely accurate! They have an ultraviolet ray they use to measure. They did a great job! If something isn't correct when they are working on it, they will make sure it is right before they leave. I love the guy that we met, Chuck O'Koon. He actually took us on a tour and showed us how they wash the granite, which was great because now we understand the whole process! The lady we worked with, Heather Warwick, was very sweet and she walked us through the yard to show us all the granite. She had great communication skills. She would always call to give us feedback and let us know when they are coming. She was good to work with and she was very professional. She was very easy to get in touch with!
