The service was great. It did take a long time. The scheduling was kind of rocky because I guess the communication within the company, but we finally got it done. The price was probably fair.

They were great. We had an excellent experience. Everything was great. Everybody was friendly and professional. Everybody was very responsive and helpful. Their design was spot on and it met all of our needs. We were completely happy. Everything was perfect. We didn't shop the price.

About 6 weeks after my design consultation, the installation guys came to my home to install the closet. Mine took 1 day to install with 2 men working, they came on a Saturday. They were prompt and courteous. Due to another situation, I left the installers alone in my house (something I never do). There were no problems.
There were a couple of minor issues. I let my design consultant know and I had an appointment for them to come take care of the issues. No problems.

They arrived on time and re-configured our closet to hold the new shelves and drawers. It was aligned just the way we wanted and everything was attached perfectly.

Went great-the designer, Anthony, came to take measurements and then came up with a design. We met again and he was able to show me all dimensions of it on the computer so that I could really picture it. He showed me real samples of all the options of materials, told me about their lifetime warranty and the sales they were running at the time. He emailed the pics to me so I could discuss with my husband at home. Installed in one day by very pleasant carpenter-beautiful! I can't believe what a difference it has made in our organization!

A representative came out to the house and showed me pictures on a computer of what my closets would look like. These pictures had backs shown, but when the closets were delivered, there were no backs. The company did provide the backs at no additional charge, but now that the closets are installed, some of the design was incorrectly done; sections that were supposed to be for my closet is on my husband’s side, and a section of my husband’s closet is on my side. They were all very nice, pleasant, and did correct the mistakes that I have brought to their attention, but I’m not 100% happy with the work because of the shelving mix-up.

Our design consultant was excellent and continuously revised the plans as our concept evolved. Her suggestions improved the result considerably. The project was completed on time and the installation team was professional and skilled. We are pleased with the product. The price was competitive with other contractor bids.
