They installed my HVAC in late 2020, and when a part went out on it, they ignored the fact that it has a five year warranty on it, and charged me a discount price for the part instead of upholding the warranty that comes with the HVAC. DO NOT USE FOR WARRANTY WORK. They did discount the labor because the guy was there for 30 minutes, but on the invoice it says trip charge $81 Capacitor in warranty $180 but the owner says I didn't pay for it. And I just got off the phone with Trane, and they confirmed that yes it is under a full warranty and should have been covered. So Cair got a free part from Trane and charged me for it!! DO NOT USE CAIR!

I paid $195 for service on my unit which was not cooling my home properly. I called back in a week when my unit was still not sufficiently cooling my home and simply stated, I did not want to pay a service charge for the second run when my unit was not sufficiently working after the first run. I was told if the part they replaced was not faulty, I would have to pay another charge. The part they replaced was not my issue, clearly, if my issue was not corrected. What is waiving the service charge to come out and rectify my issue a second time, when it was not corrected the first time? It should be an assumption. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company.

The technician showed up on time and went right to work. He was professional and was able to answer any question I had about the A/C and Furnace. He was friendly and even tried to help coax the neighbors dog that got loose. He finished on the outside unit and left no mess. I will use Cair again if needed and recommend to my neighbors and friends. Also, the dog finally ran back into the neighbors house, so it was good all around.

I ask that a service man show up and make sure the air conditioner worked.  I also instructed them to clean the furnace and the air conditioner.  When he arrived he told my renter the furnace filter was dirty and he didn't have time to clean it.  He decided I needed a new disconnect box which he installed.  He told my renter to put a lock on it since it looked like it had been tampered with.  After he left, my renter tried to put a lock on the box but it had been improperly installed ad wouldn't close.  The serviceman left without checking to see if the air conditioner worked.  The air conditioner worked when my renter turned it on but it was blowing out hot air. If the service tech did what I ask he would have known that.  In the end we hired another company to fix the box so it would close.

"I am sorry for the negative response and I have talked to the service technician that was on site. The technician stated that from the moment he was on site the renter was very aggressive and under the influence of adult beverages. We went through the house checking the indoor and outdoor unit. He stated the unit in the rental was over 20 year old and had not been maintained very well to that point and showed signs of problems and might need to be replaced in the near future. After going through the system the technician told renter that the filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. We also noticed that the reason the unit was not working to that point was the disconnect box and the box was replaced at that time. He went over concerns on possible tampering with the unit and mentioned putting a lock on it. We are very sorry that the owner of the rental was unhappy with our service. At no time were we notified of any concerns with our work. Had we been it would have been addressed in a prompt manner at no cost if it was due to our error."

Of the two companies in town offering a special rate, only CAIR took the time to measure and remeasure and discuss how tight the fit would be. Then the guy (the estimator) also met with the installers (from CAIR, of course) to discuss his measurements and any problems they foresaw. The other company showed me lots of paper, and smiled a lot. No measuring. It was for the same Carrier/Bryant unit(s). CAIR came on time, called first, were very pleasant and cordial, wasted no time, and answered all my questions. Cleaned up perfectly. That's what I call service!

I thought that they were very prompt, the guy when I called the day before came out the next day. It was after hours and that is why I had to wait till the next day. They were pretty promptly said that they would be here when they got here. I did not have any complaints about it. He was pretty quick. Price wise it is pretty hard to gauge that. The only reason why I used them was because I had that coupon for $75 and the rest was what I expected in the two hundred dollar range. He made sure that everything is working well and there are no issues.
