CABINET STORE

I paid for the services up front and was completely taken advantage of. A project that was suppose to take a few weeks (IN STOCK ITEMS) lasted 3 months and the cabinets did not match! Some hickory and some cherry! They screwed up the dimensions and installed 2 cabinet that were not the correct size and tried to make me pay for the mistake. The store owner and workers showed up to get some "work done" at 11:30 one night! I am a female and at the time, I was 21 and living alone. They also smoked in my house, which was very unpleasant, because I am a non-smoker! I had to have the locks on my house change, after discovering that my dead bolt had been tampered with rendering it useless! On the same day I had my locks changed, a year after I threatened to sue them, if they did not finish the job and get out of my house (which they did), an employee showed up asking if he could do more work on my patio room! What a coincidence. LMPD was contacted!

WE WERE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETRY, THE COMPETITIVE PRICING AND THE TIME FRAME THAT IT TOOK AS COMPARED TO THE COMPANIES WE CHECKED OUT HERE IN LOUISVILLE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND THAT THEY DID THE REPLACEMENT. AS A MATTER OF FACT, IT WAS DONE WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION. WE FELT IT WAS FINE FOR US TO LEAVE THE HOUSE, WE COULD TRUST THEM.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. THE GUY THAT WAS RUNNING THE STORE REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THINGS GOOD. HE ACTUALLY CAME TO THE HOUSE TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING WAS GOING.
