The inspection was performed by the company president Adam and he did an excellent job. My husband and I tagged along with him and pestered him near to death with questions and my husband's corny jokes. It was raining the day of the inspection but that didn't stop Adam. He did a very detailed inspection of the outside of the building including the roof! That's right he went up on the roof in the rain to make sure he checked every little thing. He not only showed us what the issue was but he explained why the items were an issue in the first place. After an exhausting inspection he gave us a very fair price and left us feeling extremely comfortable knowing where we stood with the house. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a home inspection use C.A. House Inc. and ask for Adam.
