As a licensed real estate agent, I interact with my fair share of termite inspectors. Over the course of this year, Ralph has performed termite inspections about 10-15 times for buyer clients of mine. Each and every time he is an absolute pleasure to work with. He responds to calls in a timely manor, shows up when he's supposed to, and most importantly -- he knows his stuff.
Ralph stands out dramatically from his competition in that he is clear on any issues, but he most certainly will not try to up sell clients into something they don't need. You can trust him. If you speak with Debbie for scheduling or billing, she is also a pleasure.

He's great! He wants to educate you about your pests. We decided the moles were not worth going after, the carpenter bees definitely needed to go, and he told us just the product to look for to get rid of the ants. The ants were not affected by a bunch of products we had tried previously, but this one did the trick. And he demonstrated the sort of complicated bee removal technique. Then you finish the jobs yourself.
