We paid way over what this shoddy job should have cost. Since opening our shop we have had to finish the projects that BVC did not complete, replace inferior items that we were charged quality prices for - our entire shop has had to be repainted because of the cheap paint that was used. We were lied to continuously about the reasons for the delay in this project and their construction manager sent us insulting racist and prejudicial texts when we questioned him about items.
I would caution anyone considering this company to beware. They cheated and lied to us - did an inferior job. Marcos has good ideas but cannot follow through - is not interested unless it is an extremely profitable (to him) project. We also had many of his sub contractors come back to us later saying he either never paid them or only paid them in part. So we were not the only ones who lost out.
"Thank you [member name removed] It was a pleasure to have been of service to you."
"Well there is 2 sides of every story. We performed the project for [member name removed] in a timely manner,(4weeks to complete )we did show up when stated. Plenty of times when we showed up, no one was home or they were still asleep. We would knock or call and no one would answer, we would then leave and [member name removed]would call a couple hours later by then we would be on another project. This occurred many times. The project was completed, my project manager did a walked thru with her and she was pleased and paid us. All thru the project she would make us repair or repaint scratches or dings they would make by moving furniture around. It got to a point were we had to stop as we weren't been paid for ongoing maintenance. After the project was completed she reached out 7 months later to say that she didn't like the doors and wanted them glossier. We went and removed the doors and took them to our warehouse to spray them. Twice we went back to try to deliver and again no one was home. Finally we did deliver them. She called another 8 months later to complain that a door had a crack. Well the door was damaged because her or her husband tripped down the stairs and fell on the door and now she wanted to make us responsible for her damage. She then became belligerent and threaten us. At this point I put a stop to our conversation and told her not to call us anymore. Her review is slanderous and is not reflective of our company and workmaship. We have over 500 clients and countless positive reviews on other sites and newspapers. We have an A rating with the BBB with no complaints. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service to our clients and we have plenty of satisfied clients that would attest to our quality and service."
