He charged me to just come out and look at my system. I had somebody else come out instead and they fixed it for $75.00.

"first the customer has to have the money to fix the problem! second you can't use someone thats not licensed to do repairs (if really done) and lie about it on line! third all customers have always said they were completly satisfied we keep that proof in our records."

Last time I called it was Saturday of spring break and he called me from Florida with ways to try to reset the ac unit myself, calling back later to check on my progress. When I couldn't reset it he was there the first thing Monday with the correct part to fix it.
