The tile was laid and spaced very well. Grout was ok in the grout lines. Shower basin drains well and appears to be installed correctly although there is some noticeable flex in the pan. Left grout haze all over the tile. I spent a good amount of time cleaning this up. No expectation was set for me to finish cleaning the tile. Not sure if that was implied but it should have been communicated regardless. Luckily I got to it quickly. Did not reassemble the shower fixtures completely. The parts they did assemble were not installed correctly. I found this out a week later when I tried to operate the shower. Had to take apart the shower valve and reassemble. The estimate shows 4 hours of plumbing. Not sure why the shower fixture was half assembled. It only takes a few seconds to attach a sprayer. Some sizable mortar overage squeezed out all along the top rim of the tile. It's obviously dried so I will have to chip that away. Did not really leave instruction on what type of grout they used or how long to wait before using the shower. So I guess I will wait another week just in case. The work was adequate but the lack of communication at completion and the failure to check the work leaves a little to be desired as to the professionalism expected. I bumped the professionalism up from a C to a B since they did come out and fix the drywall in my kitchen ceiling which was cut open to access the plumbing, as promised. They may have fixed the other issues but frankly, I was tired of calling and it was quicker just to do it myself. I guess if they would have cleaned up better and checked the shower fixtures or if the price reflected the quality of work this would be an A rating at this point. I was recommended this company through a service, so I had expectations that this price reflected quality. Can't recommend doing that again.

I had used them before for a simple job and then again after the storm. One thing was not repaired correctly and they game out when called.

Everything went very well.  Right away I could see how professional they were with their work.  They were very considerate and performed well.  Answered any questions, did anything I asked them to pertaining to the work being performed.  Cleaned up well, did not leave a mess.  Helped me anyway they could and went out of their way to please me. All the various employees were polite and considerate.   I couldn't be happier with the work they performed.  I definitely would recommend them and I know I would hire them again.

We had a sewer back up through out our entire downstairs and they cleaned and remodeled that we requested that they change our upstairs.   Wonderful employees.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY. THEY WERE EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION. I BELIEVE THE PRICE WAS IN THE NORMAL RANGE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT WAS GOOD WORK.
