Waited two months to see a dr. After a long wait in actual office. The dr. did not seem to care whatsoever and did not use gloves. Huh? U examine warts,herpes, boils and other contagious viruses. etc. and she did such a fast exam I don't feel confident in her findings-or lack thereof- what so ever. After exam called The Office they were a pile of excuses, defensive and claimed they were too busy and offered no solutions.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Laura Klein, and I  was very pleased to find her very interested and caring in response to my questions and concerns as well as very knowledgeable. Her remedy for my skin issue is working. I also was really impressed with her office staff.  he's often booked because of how popular she is, but I had little or no wait in her office for the appointment. I especially like the opportunity to complete needed health histories and so forth in advance via website downloads.  Very useful. I heartily recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist. Oh yes, her office is in a very convenient location and parking is absolutely great.

In the end, Dr. Crittenden did not perform the mole removal. She explained the type of mole removal she would use in the office. They type of procedure was not best for my case. She suggested that it would be best performed by a plastic surgeon and provided a referral.  
I appreciated her honesty and her saving me time and money over the long run. I would recommend this office to anyone!

New treatment has helped.  The docs and staff are friendly.  No long waits at this office.  Getting an appointment quickly can be hard but using other docs in the office in those cases works out just fine.

I go every year for a yearly check up. I have been seeing her for about 10 years. They are great. There was one time when I had an emergency issue and she was able to squeeze me in to treat that. I have never had an issue with a health bill either, because my health insurance takes care of that.

I would rate them excellent in all aspects, and the only one downside is that it takes a long time to get an appointment. Once I am in their scheduling on a regular basis, then it is easier to get in if I want. I went with them on a recommendation.

Dr Yusk has treated me for several years. She is always friendly and efficient. The treated areas clear up quickly and do not return.

Easy to get an appointment because I used the newest doctor. I was in and out in 30 minutes and she removed two spots.

I've seen Dr. Klein on several occasions and she is always spot on. She was going over my medications I had listed and she questioned one; I explained why I was taking it. She looked closely at my lesion and explained that it was a pre cancerous spot, not a pimple, and she wouldand quot; freeze itand quot; off. Since then, I have had another lesion frozen, and am applying medication to yet a third lesion! I would never have suspected that I would have pre-cancerous lesions, as I stay out of the sun and always wear sunscreen. She is always pleasant, the office is very efficient, and Dr. Klein is very prompt with her patients; I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see her!

My wife and I, as well as my daughter are very pleased.  Laura was very patient and kind.  We did not get the results we wanted immediately but Laura kept offering different options until we found what was compatible for my daughter.  We will be sure to refer her to all our friends.

She gave me some medicines, just some samples, and it got rid of them.  I also had some questions about skin care and she answered all my questions.  She is very nice and very thorough.  She gets an A+ on communication.  She was really good at answering all my questions.

She was nice, thorough and friendly. She explained things to me thoroughly and let me ask questions. I used to be able to get in right away but it takes longer now. It can be 30 days to get in. The staff is nice and the office environment is good.

As a sign of any good doctor, it is very difficult to get into to see Dr. Yusk in a timely manner.  I can take months to get in to see her...so no real opportunity to get in for a visit for less than an emergency.  I had to plan my annual exam several months in advance.  The appoint time and the time I was called back to see her was about 30-35 minutes later.  Not a terrible wait as long as you have a good book.  Dr. Yusk is wonderful and I have great confidence in her care.  She conducted the exam, told me exactly what she was looking for and also if there were any things that looked suspicious or could wait for care later.  She has a great bed-side manner, allows you to ask questions with feeling rushed or uninformed.  Her nurse is gracious as well - making sure you have all questions answered and that you have all the documents, meds, samples, etc., that you need.
I think Dr. Yusk is absolutely one of the best dermatologists that I have ever visited - she is honest and very thorough. 

it went fine but I waited a while before I got called back. Once in the exam room, it did not take Dr. Klein long to come in. She asked me if I had any areas of concerns that she should concentrate on. She looks over all moles carefully, measuring any one that concerns her. She discusses life during the process, which is relaxing.

I see Dr. Klein and Dr. Yusk there. The office is nice and calm. They are hard to get into. We have to book appointments about six months to a year in advance.
