Brooke's Pro Cleaning

Have always been satisfied. Brooke has always been accommodating when I have had to change an appointment. She has always been professional, reliable and trustworthy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Brooke was paid in December 2015. After 9 months, Brooke has not been able to keep an appointment and perform the service. She finally agreed to return my money. Another 2 weeks passed and she did, but it was short $6.00. This was a PayPal fee and she did not have $6.00 in her account to cover it!

They were reliable, trustworthy, and did a good job.

Unreliable, cancels/reschedules constantly, didn't perform the work by her own admission and yet wouldn't refund my money.  Do not hire her!  I paid for what was called "deep cleaning," an intensive first cleaning.  The goal was to get it very clean and maintain it with regular service, according to the provider.  The owner rescheduled multiple times.  When she finally came, she was several hours late and left early.  The house was extremely dirty still - I could not believe she left it like that- dust bunnies under the raised bed, cobwebs in the corners, floors had not been mopped at all, dust throughout. 

She called to apologize before I even said anything, and said she had to leave early and didn't finish, and said the work was not up to her standard.  She said she would complete the deep cleaning on the next scheduled appointment, a week later.  I agreed.
In the meantime, she cashed my check.

The next week, she rescheduled multiple times, and when she finally came two weeks later, she said she decided she didn't want to clean my house because it was too far away.  I live in downtown Louisville and she said she serves my area.  She said when she accepted the job she thought she'd come clean a small apartment, wipe down the sink, dry mop the floor, maybe clean the kitchen, and that would be it.  That is not something an honest person would charge $120 for!

She never finished the deep cleaning, although she cashed the check I gave her for this service.  I requested a partial refund, and she refused.  I tried negotiating, asking her to at least finish the job I paid her for, and she refused that too.  I reported her to the BBB and saw she had other complaints there too, all unresolved.

They were late nearly every time. (We used the for a few months.) The first time I came home to find our radio on, their wet mop on the hardwood floor and they had gone to take our check to the bank first. One time she was on her cell phone complaining about my house in front of me and a guest. The professionalism was just not there. The owners did offer to come do the cleaning themselves. The owner was fast via email. But the cleaning wasn't the level that I needed and I'm not picky.

It was a good, solid job, although I am pretty picky and found places where pet hair was untouched/certain areas not completely dusted. House smelled great.
