I dropped off my truck and they gave me a ride back to work, which was great because it saved me from taking a day off of work, and was really convenient.
I had them look at the compression system because i thought it was going bad (truck has 150K miles on it) - turns out it was the air springs and hoses (which I think was cheaper than replacing the compressor). They replaced those and also put on new tires at my request. They had the car ready for me when they said they would, and they also changed my oil for half of what the drive through place charged me last time.
The service guy was friendly and explained what they were doing over the phone and didn't do anything until I gave him the go-ahead (he also told me how much it would be). He gave me a couple of different options on tires as well.
I will definitely use them again, and was happy with my experience.
