We thought they had a pretty reasonable price. We found out that they had a couple of good specialists, but they also had a couple of kids, and we weren't that impressed with them. They would not be our first choice in the future.

Work was agreed to begin on November 5. Bluegrass Handyman Service did not start until November 9. Handyman service said work would be completed in one week. Work was somewhat completed three-four weeks later. Handyman service installed a new door to a new add on, but did not install doorknob correctly, and once the problem caused the door to open when no one way home and it set off the alarm. I also had to pay the police fee for having the police come out to check on the house. Bluegrass Handyman Service has yet to come back out and fix the problem. When painting the pergola, Bluegrass used the wrong color of paint and I had to go buy the right shade of paint myself and have them repaint the parts of the pergola that they could get to. The new exterior steps to add on, fell down after a few days and became a legal hazard. Bluegrass Handyman Service claims they stand by their work, but their workmanship is quite poor. Through the entire process, they claimed that the work was taking so long because they were overwhelmed with other projects. Based on my experience with them, it seems that they will take on a new project just to get the job, but will not be committed to finishing it. I will not use them again and will not recommend them to my worst enemy!
