Billy Cavanaugh

I have talked to two people that he has done work for and they were both very satisfied. The woman that does the paperwork gave us references so we can check on his work. He spent a lot of time going over the different materials he would use. He gave us a price of right over $1,000 to do the work for us. His price seemed pretty good, but we didn?t have anything to compare it with, so we would like to get more estimates in order to make our decision. He was right on time for the appointment. After the job was completed, the paint started bleeding through. He has not called me back when I called about the issue. He promised to do another job which he never did. I am just unhappy about the whole situation.
