I had my car repaired at Etscorn after being side swiped by a hit-and-run. Matt at the Shelbyville Road facility was great to deal with and the technician who worked on my car is a true craftsman! It looks great, runs great and sounds great. It looks show room new. I couldn't be happier!

I had heard they had a good reputation and that?s why I went there. The work that they did was kind of shoddy. They gave me the highest estimate out of 3. I wasn?t happy with their work and they also didn?t have it ready when they said they would. I was very disappointed and I should have stuck with the person I had gone to before.

Hit on left rear bumper and  quarter panel requiring new bumper and panel repair. 
Etscorn took about  five weeks to complete  the job with some of the time consumed with insurance negotiations because of age of the vehicle.  Their communications with me during this period were very good.
I am very satisfied with the repair and with  the company.

They were incredibly professional and did great work.  The car looks brand new.

Normally they do a pretty good job but it did take a few times of us bringing the vehical back to the shop in order for them to correct the problem, which was something that was initially missed during the first visit.

Very professional and customer oriented business. They handled all interface with insurance company, even revision after additional damage was discovered. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Best body shop experience I have ever witnessed. I gave pricing a B because it seemed high to me (I may be out of touch with current costs and prices) but everything was paid by insurance except for my deductible. Also, I expect that and quot;cut rateand quot; shops was have lower pricing but quality isn't cheap.

Etscorn's did a fabulous job of restoring my Honda Ridgeline to its pre-accident condition. The truck had damage to the front corner extending to the grill and back to the front wheel. Paint was scraped off and pieces were hanging down. This was my first-ever experience with a collision repair, so I was nervous about how it would turn out. When I went in for an estimate, my mind was put at ease by the professional dress code of the estimator (polo and khakis) and the waiting/reception area. The estimator gave me an estimate within a few minutes of examining my vehicle, and the price I paid in the end was the same as the estimate price.
When the work was complete, my truck looked marvelous! In fact, they even restored an area of the paint that had been discolored many months before by bird droppings. So, at the end of the work, my truck actually looked better than it did before the accident!
The color of the repaired area matched my 3-year-old paint job exactly. You can't tell the truck was ever damaged.
If I have another accident, I won't even look for estimates elsewhere. I will go straight to Etscorn's.

The service was quick and efficient. The car looks perfect again The service was completed according to the estimated time of completion. No delays. I found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and attractive. I was satisfied and happy with the service I received.

I won't go anywhere else for body work on my vehicles. This is an honest family owned business with excellent customer service. The second time I walked into the reception area they knew me by my first name. That is the kind of service that you just don't see that much anymore.

The company that does their supply took a little longer than they were expecting but they were very accommodating with the situation.

The service was outstanding, each employee was attentive and available for questions, the price was about $1,000 cheaper than anyplace else (I got several estimates), and the work was superior. Staff has also been in contact to follow up and make sure I'm happy with their work. I am! I'll definitely go there again.

The movers paid for it. Bill Etscorn and Sons provided prompt service. They did what they said they were going to do. They made the estimation process very easy. The finished product is good so far.

I was given an estimate and the final price was less than the estimate. I was referred to Sand S Transmission to check for the oil leak; Etscorn's accepts AAA and gives a discount on parts. I was pleased with the work that was done and also the time that it took to complete the job; I had my car back within the time frame that was given to me; I feel the price is fair; the people who work there are knowledgeable, professional, punctual and helpful--this includes the mechanics, the service people and the counter people. They were very courteous and prompt about giving us an estimate. They gave themselves a reasonable amount of time to get the work done and they were able to complete it in the amount of time they gave.

They did a truly wonderful job and the car looks brand new. The Lexus repair was $6500 and insurance picked it up since the other driver admitted fault. The Accord repair was $1500 and also looks great. The Lexus repair took two weeks which I felt was quite speedy. I highly recommend them. My wife is extremely finicky about her car so her seal of approval is really something. Etscorn is also registered with most insurance companies so they can do the estimate for you which saves time.
