This company was great! They came out to give free estimate, everyone else charges. They were also the quickest to get started on the work. They got right to work an it was finished before we knew it. It looks great, an I haven't had any water issues since!! Great company definitely recommend.

This company was professional and straightforward about the entire project done at my home. We will call them in the future should we need them and will recommend their services to anyone we talk to in need of waterproofing.

Best waterproofing did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. My house is on a hill, I have cinderblock walls with a walkout basement and the water leaks have been getting progressively worse over the last few years. I called multiple companies and Best one came in substantially lower than the other two. Enough that I was a bit nervous to hire them, but after reading a few reviews and responses from the owner I ended up choosing them. the work was professionally done, the owner was helpful and responsive the entire way through the process. even the few small changes and modifications to the job during the the work were no issue. Tim liked to say "we are working for you" and it was obvious everyone on his crew felt the same way. We haven't had any rain yet to actually test the system, and while I'm sure the system will perform exactly as it did during the multiple water tests his crew performed during the process, if anything unexpected does happen I am confident they will hold up to their lifetime warranty. I'm actually excited for the rainy season this year :)

The job was not as neat as others I have seen. The wall panels were cut uneven and I had to scrap and wipe dried concrete off them. A drain they put in the floor to reroute the furnace humidifier drainage tube did not drain and water kept backing up on the floor. They did not put the panels in an area in the back corner and it leaked there. The owner in the office was very difficult to deal with when I called about the problem. She tried to say it was my fault because I didn't specify I wanted that area done. I asked to have the basement waterproofed and thought that would include everything that needed to be done. One good thing is they gave me a break on the price for the additional work.

I normally don?t write reviews online but this time I felt that I must review the very positive experience I had with BEST WATERPROOFING.
I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim showed up on time and explained me the work that needs to be done. He then put everything on a contract and gave me a price to waterproof my all basement. The price was almost 50% less than any other company I inquired (and I am the kind of a guy that does very strict due diligence).
Since they are very busy I had to wait almost 2 months before they could fit me to their schedule, but the wait was worth it! My basement doesn?t leak anymore and I feel that Tim and his crew did a great job! Tim has a hard working crew, and at some point I counted 10 people working on my basement.
I highly recommend Best Waterproof Company! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and great contractor you should stop right here and give them a call. Tim will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and that the job is get done right. He will treat your house as if it?s his and it shows!
Because of my positive experience with Tim, I already have other projects lined up for him! Great guy, great company!

The work they did looked great. I was very happy with what it looks.

It went very well. The day I called for an estimate he came by a few hours later and had a crew of three there the same day. Most work was done that day and the rest the next morning.
