First of all the basket did not get delivered "same day" as promised. they said they would send me an email as a confirmation that the gift basket was delivered... still waiting on that! When I finally got a hold of a customer service person, they said they would send me an email for $100.00 online credit... still waiting on that!! Basically, I would NEVER use this service again. I found them through Flowerdeliverexpress.com and this website is just as bad. Please help me in getting the word out about my experience. The address showing at the top is not correct.
