Benchmark Mortgage was established in 1999, the corporate headquarters is located in Plano, Texas. Benchmark is a national mortgage lender that is an A+ Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau. In March of 2007 the Louisville East branch of Benchmark Mortgage opened for business. Russell Gerry is the Branch Manager and was responsible for opening the branch. He has over eleven years of experience and has built the branch around the business principal that the client’s needs always come first. Great rates and unsurpassed service is what makes our clients say we provide the best home financing experience they have ever had. The mortgage financing process has changed a lot over the last several years. Federal compliance rules and stricter underwriting guideline have made for a complex process that requires a skilled guide to help you navigate through all the twists and turns. We were living in California at the time; every transaction/ paperwork was completed in a long distance manner. Russell gave us the confidence from day one that he was reliable and trustworthy. He took our information in the first call and got to look for the best deal for us; then he advised us in every step of the process and he even went to the closing for us. The entire process was very smooth; his company promptly mailed all the documentation to us providing clear instructions and envelops to return documentation. Russell stayed on the phone with us during the entire review/signature process and all his staff made themselves available after hours and weekends to easy it up.
