 + -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THE COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME AND THEY DID TRY TO FIX THE COMPUTER. THE MAN THAT CAME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER HAD SPYWARE THAT WAS PREVENTING THE INTERNET ACCESS FROM WORKING. IT HAD TO BE CLEARED BEFORE THE INTERNET COULD BE USED.
