 + -1 moreCONTRACTORS PERSONNEL REPORTED TO SITE, REMOVED GUTTERS AND DOWN SPOUTS FROM THE HOME PLACED THEM IN THE YARD, SECURED A PARTIAL LEDGER BOARD ON THE HOME AND HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE. SEVERAL LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS HAVE NEGATIVE RESULTS. AT THIS TIME THERE IS LEGAL SERVICES ASSISTING WITH RETURN OF MONIES AND RETURNING PROPERTY TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Description of Work: DEPOSIT TAKEN AT TIME OF CONTRACT SIGNING (AUGUST 12,2007 ) NO WORK PERFORMED TO THIS DATE. MR COX OWNER ACCEPTED THE DOWN PAYMENT AT TIME OF SIGNING. CONTRACTED TO BUILD A ROOF OVER A 16' X 22' DECK INSTALL 30# FELT AND RIBBER ROOFING INSTALL DOOR FURNISHED BY CUSTOMER.
