The cover is very nice and seems very sturdy. I was present for the final inspection and the city inspector said that it was great work and would meet the necessary requirements to make it into a actual room to the house if we ever want to enclose it. Originally I was just thinking of a simple cover to keep some of the sun off so we can sit outside but this is nicer then I would have imagined. There were a few days that they were a bit late getting to the house but they finished earlier than expected. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and were nice people to work with. I would be happy to have them do work at our house again. I wish I could put the before and after pictures on here.
