Barbara is providing services to sell a house for us. Our previous realtor was horrible and caused us to miss the sellers market window. We signed with Barbara and she had a showing within a week. She immediately told us what needed to be done to prepare the house for showings. She has consistently given us feedback on the showings that have taken place. At this time the house is still for sale because the right buyer has just not come along. She has done an excellent job for us and I know she will have it sold soon.
