We contacted Bakers because our condenser unit was making a very loud noise. Our system is over 30 years old so we thought for sure we would have to have it replaced. The guy from Bakers (forget his name) was prompt and said all we needed was a cleaning. He cleaned the system and everything works great. Nice honest company they could have easily said we needed a whole new system.

I called on Friday evening and asked if someone could come out on Saturday morning to look at my air conditioner describing the problem. The technician said he would be at my house at 9am and would call me 30min before to let me know he was on his way. He called, showed up on time, and my air conditioner was fixed in about 30 minutes or less. I have used Baker's for years.
I like there honesty and professionalism. They are a great company!

It was a very good experience. They set up an appointment for me right away. They showed up when they're supposed to show up. I had a courtesy call when they are on their way. I was not scared of the technician. He was polite, did his work and moved on.

I have been using them for at least 10 years. They are very honest and don't pressure you into anything. They always answer my questions. Their prices are better than other companies. They tell you the costs upfront. I really like them. They also showed me how to clean the filter in my heating unit as well as my air conditioner.

It was fine. We usually have them out to check our AC unit and furnace. We even had our furnace go out one Christmas Eve, and they came out that day to make the repair.

It was a real hassle and it really upset me. The workers were fine but the office was really set in their ways and wouldn't work with me at all. I was really agitated because the landlord didn't know what it was doing anyway. I still had issues with them after they talked to the landlord. The technicians and the people in the field did what they could do and they did a good job. The guy that came was a seasoned professional and had been doing the work for a long time. I yelled at the lady in the office. The landlord brought the seasoned professional in and it wasn't making the sound. Then it started doing it again and they sent another person and that was when the problems started. The lady in the office was the problem. I believe it is a family owned company.

It was good. I have used them for 30 years and would give them the highest ratings across the board. I have probably used them about 20 times or so over the years and have called them back every time. They provide excellent service and the pricing is fair. They provide quick service and they are always there, and if there are any problems, they will prioritize the visit. They will be here the same day to fix it for you if you don't have heat and it is winter. The quality of the repair people that come is always excellent and they are very professional and helpful.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEED THEM. I HAVE USED THEM FOR THIRTY-FIVE YEARS. THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND SIT DOWN AND TALK TO ME. THEY NEVER RUSH ME. I THINK THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE AND DEPENDABLE PEOPLE.

I THINK THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY BECAUSE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY BECAUSE THEY SERVICE SO MANY PEOPLE. THAT'S WHY IT'S HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.

OVERALL THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT HIGH ON THE LABOR. I WOULD HAVE THEM COME OUT AND DO WORK AGAIN IF THE SYSTEM NEEDED IT DONE.
