Real Estate Service
It wasn't $80 for an application fee and a $400 deposit. We picked up her keys on September 29th 2017 and as soon as we walked in we called the management company. The stove was filthy and the drip plates or in the sink. There were roaches everywhere, there were holes in the wall and mold around the tub. I contacted them immediately left a messages sent emails no one returned my call. Monday morning I called I spoke with the property manager Mindy who told me it's been over 72 hours and I would not get my deposit back. I sent pictures of the roaches the mold holes in the wall
